Hôtel du Parc : quite close to the university (5 mins by tram) and the city center (10 mins walk), budget < 100 euros / night

Hôtel Royal : located near the Place de la Comédie, 3* hotel, budget < 150 euros / night.

there are many other hotels including Kyriad, Ibis hotels (3 hotels), even Mercure all located near the Place de la Comédie.
